PNEUMONIA COVID-19 SEBAGAI FAKTOR RISIKO KEMATIAN IBU SELAMA PANDEMI COVID-19

AbstractLatar belakang: Pandemi Covid-19 meningkatkan risiko morbiditas dan mortalitas ibu, baik selama periode kehamilan, persalinan dan nifas. Walaupun informasi tentang infeksi Covid-19 dalam hubungannya dengan kehamilan dan janin serta risiko terhadap kematian ibu masih terbatas, namun ibu hamil memiliki risiko lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan populasi umum.
Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pneumonia covid pada ibu hamil, bersalin dan nifas sebagai faktor risiko kematian ibu selama pandemi Covid-19.
Metode: Penelitian menggunakan desain kasus kontrol dengan perbandingan kasus dan kontrol 1:1. Kasus adalah kematian ibu dan kontrol adalah ibu yang hidup selama periode pandemi Covid-19 tahun 2021. Populasi adalah ibu hamil, bersalin dan nifas di RSUD Cibinong dengan jumlah sampel 200 responden. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan data rekam medis dan dianalisis secara multivariat dengan regresi logistik berganda.
Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebanyak 22% ibu mengalami pneumonia covid, dan 88,6% dari ibu yang mengalami penumonia covid meninggal. Pemodelan multivariat menunjukkan bahwa pneumonia covid, pre-eklamsia, anemia dan pendidikan ibu secara simultan berhubungan dengan kematian ibu selama pandemi Covid-19 (p value=0,0001; Negerkerke R Square 0,440). Pneumonia covid adalah faktor risiko yang paling berhubungan dengan kematian ibu selama pandemi Covid-19 (p value=0,004; OR=4,59; 95%CI=1,621-13,025).
Kesimpulan: Ibu dengan pneumonia covid memiliki peluang 4,59 kali untuk mengalami kematian selama pandemi Covid-19. Perlu peningkatan kewaspadaan pada kelompok rentan, khususnya ibu hamil yang terdiagnosis covid, baik dalam upaya pencegahan dan penatalaksanaan untuk mengurangi mortalitas pada ibu hamil, bersalin dan nifas.
